One of the best ways to learn English vocabulary is reading.
Reading is a good way to learn new words, but what you read can also make a huge difference in how much you learn.
Choose books that are a little bit challenging for you, and you will learn a lot more than if you read at your level.
If you read a book at your level, you may already know all the words. If you read a challenging book, you will need to learn many new words.
You can also try reading special vocabulary books. These are fiction books that include over 1,000 vocabulary words and their definitions! These books are available to buy online, and can be found by searching Amazon.

We use this expression to suggest a different time, quantity or another item to what was suggested before.
Example: So, I'll see you at 9, then.
Make it half-past. That'll be better for me.

"Your" means belonging to you.
"You're" means you are.
This can seem confusing because the position of the apostrophe seems like it might indicate possession.  However, in this case, the apostrophe is for the contraction.

Example: Tell me when you're going to your house.
Example: It's your job if you're willing to take it.

1.  Immerse yourself with English and pay attention to phrasal verbs being used.
2.  Learn Phrasal Verbs by topic.
3.  Write down those topics on a piece of paper.
4.  Divide your diary/vocabulary book into topics, and add any new phrasal verbs you hear or learn under those topics.
5.  Personalize those phrasal verbs.
6.  Listen to natural conversations in English, so that you can hear phrasal verbs being used naturally in English.
