All praise belongs to Allah, the Most High and Exalted (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى), we have completed the translation of the chapter on Jihād titled "Guidance of Prophet ﷺ in Jihād, battles, expeditions, and dispatches" from Zād al-Maʿād of Shaykh al-Islām Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah رَحِمَهُ ٱللَّٰهُ.

May Allah allow the Muslims to benefit from it.

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

I have been sent ahead of the Hour with the sword so that Allah alone will be worshipped, and my provision has been placed in the shade of my spear, and humiliation has been decreed for those who go against my command, and whoever imitates a people is one of them.

[Musnad Ahmad 5115]

Ibn Abbas reported:

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “No good deeds are better than what is done in these first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah.” Some companions of the Prophet said, “Not even jihad in the way of Allah?” The Prophet said, “Not even jihad in the way of Allah, except for a man who goes out with his life and wealth at risk and he returns with nothing.”
