(Part 3 continued) On Lancelot Andrews the famous KJB Translator: "But we are chiefly concerned to know what were his qualifications as a Translator of the Bible. He ever bore the character of “a right godly man,” and “a prodigious student.” One competent judge speaks of him as “that great gulf of learning!” It was also said, that “the world wanted learning to know how learned this man was.” And a brave old chronicler remarks, that, such was his skill in all languages, especially the Oriental, that, had he been present at the confusion of tongues at Babel, he might have served as Interpreter-General! In his funeral sermon by Dr. Buckeridge, Bishop of Rochester, it is said that Dr. Andrews was conversant with fifteen languages."

Skills of the KJB Translators Part 3: And Lancelot Andrews, who knew 15 languages, had private devotions in Greek and Latin!
Who usually does that unless they are fluent and skilled in reading and speaking multiple languages? This is a great example that shows that the KJB Translators were very qualified to translate the Bible from Hebrew & Greek into English perfectly.
In the above document, page 29 out of page 249 is where Lancelot Andrews' devotions were copied down in 1892. This was copied from a manuscript owned by Bishop Laud (Pages 5 and 8-9, 10) and that one was transcriped by Samuel Wright who saw the original manuscript shortly after 1625

Skills of the KJB Translators Part 2: Lawerence Chaderton annonatated read and studied real Hebrew, read Hebrew rabbis' commentaries, and made annonatations to the Bombrrg Masoretic Text editions (see bottom of page 14 and page 15 from a 1700 book that talks about Lawrence Chaderton: "He made himself familiar with the Latin, Greek, and Hebrew tongues, and was thoroughly skilled in them. Moreover he had diligently investigated the numerous writings of the Rabbis, so far as they seemed to promise any aid to the understanding of the Scriptures. This is evident from the annotations in his handwriting appended to the Biblia Bombergi, * (An edition of the Hebrew Bible, printed by Bomberg, at Venice, in 1518.) which are still preserved in the library of Emanuel College.' (Vita Laurentii Chadertoni, a W. Dillingham, S. T. P. Cantab. 1700. Pp. 15, 24.)"

Skills of KJB Translators Part 1: KJB Translator John Bois literally read the Bible in Hebrew by himself by the time he was 6 years old and he also was one of the 12 final revisors of the KJB! The scholarship of the KJB Translators was very talented yet ignored by critics who wnated to downplay and attack the KJB:
"JOHN BOIS
This devoted scholar was a native of Nettle-stead, in Suffolk, where he was born January 3rd, 1560. His father William Bois, a convert from papistry, was a pious minister, and a very learned man; and at the time of his death, was Rector of West Stowe. His mother, Mirable Poolye, was a pious woman, and a great reader of the Bible in the older translations. He was the only child that grew up. He was carefully taught by his father; and at the age of Jive years, he had read the Bible in Hebrew. By the time he was six years old, he not only wrote Hebrew legibly, but in a fair and elegant character. ... When the work had been carried through the first stage, he was one of the twelve delegates sent, two from each of the companies, to make the final revision of the work at Stationers’ Hall, in London. This occupied nine months,"

Must watch: Resources of the King James Translators: The Truth Revealed! ?Youtube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fv6E7QGocI ?Preserved Word Ministries proves from his 8 years of independent research that both Erasmus and the KJB Translators had access to, studied, and used many pure, ancient manuscripts and resources from the preserved line of Bible copies that paved the way for the translated King James Bible.

Some history of the KJB Translation Process: https://www.bible-researcher.com/kjvhist.html
Why is the King James Bible called the King James Bible?
Answer: From 1611 until the 1900s, the KJB's name was the Holy Bible and was also called "the Authorized Version/AV" due to King James I's commission (in 1604) of the 54 translators in order for the KJB to be completed on and translated from the Hebrew Masoretic Text and the Greek Textus Receptus alongside using the previous English Bibles like Tyndale's Bible, Matthew Coverdale's Bible, and the Bishops Bible (which was made by Anglicans that were against Roman Catholicism). When the modern corrupt versions started being made in the 1900s, then the Holy Bible (that the 54 translators worked on for 7 years) completed in 1611, was called the King James Bible/KJB to distinguish the KJB from the newly made, corrupt modern versions.
