I feel like I see moms who have simply given up on themselves almost every time I leave the house. I don't understand it. Becoming a mother made me more driven than ever to take care of myself. We are our children's primary role models in everything in life. If we don't take care of ourselves (physically, mentally, & spiritually), then they will grow up learning not to take care of themselves.

Want healthy children? Be a healthy parent.

Helped the neighbours shear their two male sheep which was very fun, i learnt quite alot. ?
