Not content with withdrawing from talks to join a Nationalist Alliance, Hermann Kelly has now announced that IFP will be running candidates in a number Dublin constituencies.

The NP has announced candidates in Dublin West, Dublin North West and Dublin South West. Malachy Steenson will likely be running in Dublin Central and Kevin Coyle is likely to run in Dublin Bay North. Phil Sutcliffe will likely run in Dublin South Central.

Ireland First don't have any strong or declared constituencies yet in Dublin.

It's clear that IFP will be running Glen More in Dublin Mid West but its hard to see where else Hermann intends to stand, without splitting the Nationalist vote.

IFP are looking at the hard work that the NP and Steenson have invested in local areas that are yielding strong results, and want to try and shark the benefits.

This cannot be allowed to happen, any candidate declaring to run against already established Nationalist candidates should be told in certain terms that's not acceptable.
