Software Engineer - Developer Experience

Role Qualifications and Requirements:

You have 3+ years of validated experience as a Software Developer. You have worked on the design, development, testing, and monitoring of distributed systems and product(s) that impact millions of customers
You are already proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Golang, Python, Java, Perl. More importantly, you are eager to learn what is required to develop and support both new and existing solutions
You’re experienced in developing CI/CD infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (terraform), preferably for multiple teams with varying demands, and have a deep understanding of Git
You are an excellent communicator and able to influence and cooperate with people at all levels

شرح موقعیت شغلی:

داشتن حداقل ۴ سال تجربه Back-end و نمونه پروژه حرفه ای با زبان Go Lang.
تجربه کار با Message Queue ها و Event Driven Design.
تجربه کار با یکی از چارچوب‌های وب مانند Gin,Echo.
تسلط بر مفاهیم میکروسرویس.
تسلط بر Kafka.
تسلط بر Protobuf و gRPC.
تسلط به مدل رابطه‌ای و نوشتن کوئری با SQL.
تسلط بر MongoDB.
تسلط نسبی بر Docker.
تسلط نسبی بر PostgreSQL.
تجربه نوشتن تست خودکار (سطح Unit/Integration).
آشنایی با سیستم های Cloud و Software multi-tenancy.
آشنایی با DDD.
آشنایی با CI/CD.

در این نقش باید:

توانایی حل مسئله و مواجهه با چالش‌ها را داشته باشید.
توانایی و انگیزه تولید برنامه‌هایی با قابلیت توسعه پذیری و نگهداشت بالا داشته باشید.
علاقه‌مند به آموختن و آموزش دادن باشید.

مهارت‌های امتیازی:

تسلط به ابزار GitLab.
تسلط بر ابزارهای Cloud Native.

کار به صورت حضوری, تمام وقت و به صورت قراردادی میباشد.
