Will the construction of the temples provide employment?

If you do a little research, you will come to know that Vaishno Devi has the biggest hand in the revenue of Jammu and Kashmir. The main center of employment in places like Kedarnath, Badrinath, Vrindavan, Banaras, Tirumala is the temple located there.

Where hundreds of very poor people make a living of their families by selling flowers, garlands, prasad, the same thousands of small and big shops in that area get good sales due to the arrival of lakhs of visitors from India and abroad, tourism and hotel business. Livelihood of thousands of connected families increases and employment is created. Along with this, the revenue of the government also increases.

Temples not only provide employment, but for the service of the common people, the temple trust also gets schools, hospitals, old age homes, orphanages constructed, which benefit the common people.

Let's tell how the temples of India provide employment to crores of people...

1. Those who sell religious books and those who print them give employment.

2. They give employment to those who sell bells and conch shells and to those who sell articles of worship.

3. Flowers make garlands and give employment to farmers.

4. They give employment to those who make and sell idols and pictures.

5. Temples give employment to those who make and sell Prasad.

6. They also give employment to those who make and sell kanwars.

7. Poor people with rickshaws who take devotees to religious places give employment to those rickshaw and auto drivers.

8. Lakhs of poor priests are also given employment.

9. 18% of the railway's economy runs from temples.

10. The small shops of the poor who are near the temples also get employment.

11. The families of the poor who sell rings and gems also run because of the temples.

12. Because of the temples, those who make lamps and urns also get employment.

13. The temples provide employment to the 65,000 mules who carry the devotees over the inaccessible mountains to the door of the Lord.

14. There are more than 2 lakh hotels and dharamshalas in India, but temples provide employment to the people living in them.

15. These temples also provide employment to those who make tilak, sell coconut and vermilion etc.

16. Temples also give employment to those who make jaggery.

17. Lakhs of crippled and beggars and orphan children get livelihood because of temples.

18. Due to temples lakhs of monkeys are protected and snakes are saved from being killed.

19. It is because of the temples that Peepal-Banyan-Pilkhan-etc trees are protected in Hinduism.

20. The thousands of fairs that are held every year because of the temple - in one of the fairs, even those who run the charkha-jhoola get employment.

21. Because of the temples, lakhs of tourists visit the temples and the livelihood of all the poor who sell small tea-pakodas-tikkis also goes on.

Sanatan Dharma gives employment to crores of people who are poor. Not only Pandits, they belong to every religion, every caste, those who are not much educated and those who do not have money-land and farming, those who are helpless, those who have no one, they have Ram... they have Shyam and they have Mahadev...

There are 1000 other issues to oppose the government, oppose them, may be you will get support from the people but under the guise of everything, stop sarcasm on temples and Dieties.

1. Sita said she was afraid of flying at a great height and at great speed without proper protection. Who could blame her, given her previous experience with flying included a kidnapping, mid-air battle, murder of Jatayu) and arrest. She was also scared of falling down into the ocean. She says that she does not want to end up as “tasty food” for sea creatures (she literally does say that!)

Although to be fair to her, she had just met Hanuman and did not know of his awesome abilities.

अयुक्तम् तु कपि श्रेष्ठ मया गन्तुम् त्वया सह।
वायु वेग सवेगस्य वेगो माम् मोहयेत् तव॥

अहम् आकाशम् आसक्ता उपरि उपरि सागरम्।
प्रपतेयम् हि ते पृष्ठात् भयात् वेगेन गच्छतः॥
५-३७-४४

पतिता सागरे च अहम् तिमि नक्र झष आकुले।
भयेयम् आशु विवशा यादसाम् अन्नम् उत्तमम्॥
५-३७-४५

O the faultless one! O the excellent of monkeys! It is not befitting of me to go with you. For, your speed resembling the winds speed, may bewilder my mind."
Reaching the sky high above the sea, I will fall down out of fear from your back even as you sweep with speed.

Having fallen insensible into the sea, which is filled with sharks, crocodiles and giant fish, I may become the best food soon for the aquatic creatures.

1. She did not want to be a liability to Hanuman in an inevitable fight that would ensue the moment they would take off.

सायुधा बहवो व्योम्नि राक्षसाः त्वम् निरायुधः।
कथम् शक्ष्यसि सम्यातुम् माम् चैव परिरक्षितुम्॥
५-३७-४९

Many demons will come with their weapons, in the sky. You will be alone without any weapon. How can you continue your travel, while protecting me?

1. She was afraid that if she was captured in an attempt to escape, she might be killed, or worse moved to some other more secure location, where Rama would not be able to find her.

माम् वा हरेयुः त्वद्त् हस्तात् विशसेयुः अथ अपि वा।
अव्यवस्थौ हि दृश्येते युद्धे जय पराजयौ॥
५-३७-५३

Or they may take me away from your hand, or may even kill me. In battle, victory and defeat are perceived as uncertain.

अथवा आदाय रक्षांसि न्यस्येयुः सम्वृते हि माम्।
यत्र ते न अभिजानीयुः हरयो न अपि राघवः॥
५-३७-५६

Otherwise, the demons may take me away and hide me in any secret place that will not be known by those monkeys or even Rama and Lakshmana.

The above are tactical reasons. She then proceeds to state the actual reasons:

1. She feels that Rama’s status would be lowered if Hanuman did all the work of rescuing her.

कामम् त्वम् अपि पर्याप्तो निहन्तुम् सर्व राक्षसान्।
राघवस्य यशो हीयेत् त्वया शस्तैः तु राक्षसैः॥
५-३७-५५

You may be surely able to kill all the demons. But if you alone kill all the demons, Rama's celebrity will be lowered.

1. More importantly, as the wife of Rama, she does not want to touch any other male.

भर्तुः भक्तिम् पुरः कृत्य रामात् अन्यस्य वानर।
न अहम् स्प्रष्टुम् पदा गात्रम् इच्छेयम् वानर उत्तम॥
५-३७-६०

O Hanuma, the best of monkeys! Honouring the devotion to my husband, I cannot touch the body of any man other that of Rama.

1. Finally, she thinks that since Ravana stole her from Rama, it is only appropriate that it be Rama who should come over there, punish Ravana for his crimes, deliver justice and only then take her back - with complete honour. She did not want to slither away without punishing him.

यदि रामो दशग्रीवम् इह हत्वा सराक्षसम्।
माम् इतो गृह्य गच्छेत तत् तस्य सदृशम् भवेत्॥
५-३७-६२

If Rama kills Ravana here along with his relatives and departs taking me from here, it would be proper for him.

Hanuman did not take Sita with him because she refused his offer. Why?

Lord Hanuman Ji showers blessings on his devotees by becoming a trouble - shooter!

Hanuman Ji is called Sankatmochak. By worshiping him, a person gets rid of all kinds of sufferings. Whenever a person is surrounded by problems in life, if he remembers Hanuman Ji with a true heart, then he definitely gets the solution of his problems.

In fact, he was facilitated with many tasks for Lord Shree Ram, and supported him in every difficult situation like a true Bhakt.

The whole world knows the role of Hanumanji in the life of Lord Shree Ram. Be it his friendship with the monkey king Sugriva, searching for Mata Sita, or bringing Sanjivani Buti to save the life of Shree Ram's beloved younger brother Laxman, everywhere, where ever Lord Shree Rama needed him he was the first one to stand for him.

It is said that Hanumanji has many names, Pawan Putra, Anjani Putra, Sankat Mochak, Bajrangwali, but his biggest name is Hanuman ji. There is also a story behind this name.

There is a verse described in Vayupuran-

आश्विनस्या सितेपक्षे स्वात्यां भौमे च मारुतिः।
मेष लग्ने जनागर्भात स्वयं जातो हरः शिवः॥

Means- Lord Hanuman was born on Krishna Paksha Chaturdashi Tuesday in Swati Nakshatra's Aries ascendant and Libra sign. Hanuman ji used to do different types of Lilas since childhood.

One day he felt very hungry, so thinking the sun as a sweet fruit, he filled it in his mouth. Because of which darkness enveloped the whole world. Considering this as a calamity, Lord Indra attacked Hanuman ji with Vraj. Due to its effect, his chin became crooked. This is the reason why he was named Hanuman.

This is the amazing story behind his name Hanuman Ji. This is also described in Hanuman Chalisa. And since always Hanumanji has been showering blessings on his devotees by becoming trouble - shooter.
