yes,u may have heard abt it before,may be it is new for some.
but I wanna tell smth recently I’ve read since I’m being more into psychology.

1. if u tell ur future plans,it makes ur brain realized that u have already achieved it therefore lessening ur inner motivation to actually complete it.

2.if u come up with what to do in upcoming years and tell it to others, u will potentially get some negatives as well. negativity influences ppl in various ways:for some it is the reason why they have to succeed,for some it serves as a factor of giving up.

1. let’s imagine u have shared the idea that u have been planning over years. may be the person u r telling it will achieve it before u start.
