- must ob with untaken listing
- i will prioritise people who want listing B by itself, so it will not be counted as your outbundling material if someone else takes it
- pls do not comment directly under a listing you are using as outbundling material, otherwise i will bill you for it even if you are outbundled
- if outbundling occurs 2 mins before the deadline, i will extend it by 10 mins
- no editing or deleting of comments, pls reply to your original comment
- reply to the person you are outbundling
- NO BACKING OUT.
