3. Boost Energy: Carry a small chocolate or juice for a quick energy boost.
4. Check Exam Center Details: Familiarize yourself with the route and location of the exam center.
5. Leave Early: Plan your time well to avoid any last-minute stress.
6. Stay Calm & Positive: Keep a relaxed and positive mindset before the exam.
7. Stay Hydrated: Drink enough water, but avoid overhydration.

Don'ts:

1. Avoid Arguments: Stay away from unnecessary stress or conflict with anyone.
2. Don't Cram at the Last Minute: Avoid last-minute cramming or over-studying.
3. Don’t Bring Your Phone Inside: Keep your phone on silent or off, and leave it outside the exam hall.
